Join us for an invigorating fitness experience that combines strength training and toning exercises to sculpt and strengthen your body. Led by the dynamic Barb Sipes, our Strength and Tone class is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while having a blast!

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesdays at 9:30 AM
  • Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
  • Thursdays at 9:30 AM

Location: In-person classes take place in the tile room. For those unable to attend in person, Zoom recordings of each session are available on the event calendar, allowing you to join the class from the comfort of your home at your convenience.

Instructor: Barb Sipes, our seasoned fitness instructor, brings her passion for wellness and expertise to each class. With Barb at the helm, you can expect a dynamic workout that targets various muscle groups, promotes flexibility, and enhances overall fitness.
