Black History Month: Henrietta Lacks and DNA Extraction In-Person
Learn about the immortal Henrietta Lacks while you extract DNA from your very own cheek cells! Kids will learn about cells, DNA, and how Henrietta Lacks' cells changed history while they follow the scientific process to remove their own DNA from cheek cells. Children should be at least 8 years old to participate in this program.
